We have come a long way, and the Mirror is finally ready! This has been a very interesting project!
Hacked the UPS to provide a constant 5V supply to the Raspberry Pi and 12V to the LCD converter board to keep the Mirror running even when there is a power outage. The 5V conversion was done using a USB step-down voltage regulator module.
And that's a wrap! This has been one of my most favorite projects to date!
